COMPANY PROFILE
Crystal Speech is a corporate speech pathology practice that provides training in business communication skills with a primary focus on Foreign Accent Reduction for non-native English speaking professionals and students, and Regional Accent Reduction for native English speakers. Training in Presentation Skills, Public Speaking Skills, Voice Projection, Confidence Building, Executive Communication Skills (delegating, interviewing, speaking, listening), and Persuasion, are also offered. Courses are offered to groups and individuals, on line or in person.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to create increased professional value, compelling presence and deeper professional and personal connections for our clients as a result of improved communication skills including more precise pronunciation. By providing customized pronunciation and communication training, our quest is to improve customer and employer satisfaction, increase performance ratings, and help speakers become more influential, more persuasive, and more inspiring in their professional and personal lives.
GOALS
1. To teach clear pronunciation and improved understandability in order for our clients to achieve:
* Reduced frustration and improved speaking confidence;
* Improved acceptance and rapport between co-workers and clients;
* More natural speech rhythm, voice inflection, and cadence;
* Increased effectiveness and communication skills as a team member.
2. To remove obstacles caused by communication limitations in order for our clients to achieve their full potential in their professional and personal lives.
3. To be a leader in corporate group communication courses in Southern California and select global markets.
4. To be known for successfully tailoring our courses to best meet the communication needs of our clients.
